Profile Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, sales with 2 to 5 years of work experience. Someone who likes to be critical about the quality of the solutions we develop; who likes to work in a complex environment with inspiring colleagues, inspiring clients and lots of learning opportunities. Are you a salesleader, someone who works best with absolute freedom, have experience with creating new leads, changing leads into deals and like to create new business models?

With your ambitions and drive improving every day, you bring energy and inspiration to the team. You will assist in shaping our way of working and build a close relationship with both our team in Nairobi, and also with our customers in the Netherlands.

The Role:

  • Doing everything possible to ensure delighting customers .
  • Translating customer goals and designs into clear proposals
  • Representing the company and development team to the customer and the customer to the team.
  • Picking up marketing for the Dutch side of our company
  • Getting our story under the attention of Dutch media and representing our goals in the media.
  • Manage customer expectations and create new opportunities with a entrepreneurial mindset.

You need to bring:

  • Experience for at least one year in a software development team that was diligently applying agile principles, practices, and theory. Preferably in the role as sales person.
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, entrepreneurship, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Knows how to close a deal, loves to create opportunities.
  • Good communication skills, cultural awareness and understanding of english and dutch language.
